Our Mission
For God’s glory, Tampa City Presbyterian Church is committed to making disciples that follow Jesus to serve Tampa with the hope of the Gospel.
Our Vision
We desire to be a Christ-centered, people-focused community that has a heart for the city of Tampa.
Christ-CenteredWe place Jesus Christ at the center of all we are and do, trusting in His life, death, and resurrection as our only hope. The gospel governs every part of our lives, shaping our worship, our relationships, our work, and our service as we seek to glorify Him in all things. |
People-FocusedAs members of Christ’s body, we are called to love, encourage, and help one another grow in faith. We desire to be a welcoming, multi-generational church where people are known, nurtured in the gospel, and equipped to follow Jesus in every part of life—including our families, workplaces, and communities. |
Heart for the CityGod has placed us in Tampa to faithfully reflect His glory and love. We pursue the spiritual and tangible good of our city through prayer, neighborly service, gospel-driven deeds of mercy, and Christlike faithfulness in our everyday lives. |
Our Denomination
Tampa City Presbyterian Church is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), a denomination committed to being “Faithful to the Scriptures, True to the Reformed Faith, and Obedient to the Great Commission.”
We are evangelical, proclaiming salvation through faith in Jesus Christ; Reformed, emphasizing the authority of Scripture, the sovereignty of God, and salvation by grace; and Presbyterian, governed by elders and connected to a larger family of churches for accountability and mission.
